Shipping Policy

We want you to be able to enjoy your items as quickly as possible! Processing time (the time we need to prepare your order before shipping) is typically within 3-7 business days for apparel and 3-10 business days for drinkware. These timelines can sometimes be faster; however, during busy periods or holidays, this time may increase. Shipping times may vary, but North American shoppers can expect their items to be delivered within 5 days of shipment.

Note: Once your package is no longer in our possession (meaning we have either dropped it off at the post office or a post office worker has picked it up), we have no control over what happens to the package at that point. We are not responsible for it in the event the package is lost, nor is there anything we can do about long delivery times. If you have questions about your order in terms of transit or delivery, check your tracking # and direct any questions, comments, and concerns directly with the shipping carrier (UPS, USPS, etc.).

Issues with packages returned to sender will be resolved in a case by case scenario. 

  • If the issue was caused as a result of a mistake by Jalex Designs, we will re-ship the package once received at no additional cost to you.
  • If the issue was caused as a result of a customer's mistake (wrong address entered, package not claimed at post office, etc.) the customer will be responsible for payment of having the packaged re-shipped. Please keep in mind that we can correct wrong addresses entered if contacted prior to the order being shipped.
