Refund policy

We do not accept returns. We have a 15-day exchange policy for non-custom apparel pieces, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. In the event of an exchange not being available, store credit will be issued instead.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at hello@jalexdesigns.com . If your exchange is accepted, you will be responsible for shipping the item back as well as covering the shipping cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like drink-ware (such as tumbler, cold cups, or mugs) or custom products (such as custom orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
