Our typical processing time is 3–5 business days before your order ships. During holidays, sales, or especially busy seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

If your order has not shipped yet, we may be able to make certain changes. Entered the wrong shipping address? Placed two orders that you'd like combined? Reach out to us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

If we're able to combine two orders, one of the shipping charges will be refunded.

Once an order has shipped, we're unable to make changes or cancellations.

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, transit is unfortunately outside of our control.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and do our best to make it right.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first for assistance. You're also welcome to reach out to us and we'll help however we can.

Because many of our products are made or prepared specifically for your order, all sales are generally final and we do not typically accept returns or exchanges.

If there is an issue with your order, however, please contact us. We always want to know when something isn't right and will review concerns on a case-by-case basis.

Our Blind Date with a Book takes the pressure out of choosing your next read! Each book is wrapped so the title and cover stay a surprise, with only the genre, tropes, spice level, and a few clues to help you choose your perfect match.

Every Blind Date also includes a few bookish extras, making it part new read, part little treat-yourself moment.

Absolutely! Blind Dates are organized by genre, so you can choose the kind of reading mood you're looking for while keeping the actual title a surprise.

Our available genres vary based on current inventory, so you'll see the options currently available when shopping.

You're welcome to leave us a request, but because our Blind Date books are wrapped ahead of time, we can't guarantee a specific title.

If you're trying to avoid books you've already read or own, the best option is to include a link to your reading tracker with your order. We track our Blind Date inventory and will do our best to find you a match you haven't already read.
