Do you offer wholesale?
Wholesale is offered on a very case-by-case basis. Contact us at hello@jalexdesigns.com to inquire.
Are your items ready to ship or made to order?
Most items in the shop are made to order, but some drinkware items may be ready to ship. The item description of made to order items will typically say so.
What is Route Protection and why do I need it?
Before making your purchase, we do offer route protection (for a small additional fee) which is handled by a 3rd party service. This route protection will insure your order if it is lost during transit or if it is damaged upon delivery.
What can I do if my item arrived damaged or did not arrive at all?
- If you purchased route protection: You would submit a claim directly with them. In most cases, claims are approved immediately at which time, you could request either a full refund or a replacement at no additional charge.
- If you did not purchase route protection: You may submit a claim directly with the shipping carrier (UPS, USPS, etc.)
